General Computer Questions, Ask Murray at XtremeComputer.Com
I cannot guarantee every question is going to be answered. Some are so specific or time consuming it would be like you wanted me to work for free.
If that's the case I can start posting sites that offer free advice. Lots of downloads and then more free advice.
But, if your question covers general computer questions that could help more than one person and doesn't cross over on my income I'll offer the help.
I'm going to start off with what not to do.
- Don't send in questions from your final exam. It is fun seeing all the questions and reposting them for the world to see that you cheated it's old and techs stopped doing your homework about 12 years ago.
- Don't send in a question worded like "Help me" or "I need help my computer is messed up." you're going to score a big Zero in the queue.
- Don't ask to answer any question related to services listed in the service section.
That's about it, any Microsoft Office Question is good, how to keep your PC tuned up is good and I'll be posting guides in the Computer Boot Camp and Do IT Yourself.
There are thousands of things you can do yourself if you are offered the steps. The question is, will you follow them? I hope so.
Ok, the form below is very generic and you should off up some good details about what you are doing. Also, I review the questions on Tuesday for about an hour. Or you might say "I'll gladly take a look next Tuesday".
