Service Rates: My service rates are based on project, infrastructure type, equipment age, operating system, equipment role and security access level.

Service Plans: I offer service plans only on systems I design, built, install and configure. 

Document Management Systems: I offer alternatives to SharePoint with special focus on mobile device users requiring special security configurations. 

Break / Fix Services: I offer full telephone and on-site support services to all businesses nationwide. I work with out of state local technicians for anyone needing assistance outside of my network coverage area. (TWIC access)

Alternatives: I offer online troubleshooting support to those that can benefit from email technical support. It requires that you be patience and in trade you'll have much lower service rates. Email support is for none critical issues, design questions, configurations and training. If you choose to use the email support each ticket created is based on issue type and billed by issue. Quotes are given before service starts.
