Microsoft Windows Control Panel Application Shortcuts
When you have problems accessing your control panel
When you can't access your control panel for some reason you are not out of luck. You can directly access most all if not all of your control panel applications without having to open the control panel itself.
This comes in handy if you've deleted your MSHTA.exe file or have some spyware blocking you from accessing the control panel.
Here's what you can do.
From your Run line or Search line depending on your Microsoft Operating System.
By clicking the Windows Start button you'll see the "RUN" line or the "SEARCH" box / line.
Type in the corresponding control panel application then press the enter key or click go or search.
Once you see the application start you're good to continue your work.
