You may use the form on this page to submit your service call request from work or home. We will typically call you back the following day and email you back the same day.
We offer at work or home service calls for the same rate within the Baton Rouge Louisiana and surrounding areas.
Per hour Service Rate:
Updated service rates for 2011.
- General Technical: $50.00 (Minimum service rate, quarter hour billing)
- Networking and wireless: $60.00 (wireless network analysis, engineering, provisioning, network device setup and support.)
- 2nd technician charge $39.00.
- Server or Smart Network Devices. $70.00
Fixed Service Rates:
- Virus removal: $65.00 (Up to 3 full scans using our systems and 3 registry cleaning passes which typically covers about 80 viruses in a single virus removal session. Read about our virus removal Zero data loss.)
- Computer upgrades with parts purchase: $39.00 ** (See details)
Service Times:
Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Saturday by appointment only.
After hours and unscheduled weekends are available at $85.00 per hour.
Technical Service agreement customers please check your time and material attachment and scheduled hours of operation.
Technical Service Agreements:
We offer service agreements for local businesses as well as our affiliate and franchised field technicians out of area. Please check to make sure you have our newest agreement pages before signing up. All service agreement customers should have a website login.
Service Details:
- Billing is on the quarter hour after the first hour.
- No per trip fee when within 20 miles of 70835 zip code.
- Repairs offer 30 day same old issue but different day warranty for hardware only.
If you are out of town but in state we can schedule onsite service calls at a per mile plus hour rate of $0.53 mile @ $25.00 per hour travel time.
Service Discounts:
Fixed income families: We have special rates thanks to our business customers for fixed income and low income families. We offer a "Share in the Labor" technical service not matched by any group in town. Complete the service request form on this page and include the code FIXIT-01.
Coming soon: We will be offering service specials based on local area events. We look forward to sending techs to your community event to make sure things are working smoothly. This depends on our technician’s availability and total accumulated volunteer time.
** Additional fees may apply if extended setup, configuration, special technical skills or more than one technician is required to upgrade your system. If we have to repair your system before we can upgrade any component normal service fees apply for the repair and the upgrade will be completed at the same time and same rate.
Out of State: Email our service request form so we can refer a Computer Technician that uses our pricing and service schedules.
Service Rate Calculations:
Service Technician + truck + consumables + tools x company overhead = Service Rate.
Industry service rates are classically the same and only change based on company overhead and margins.
Knowing what margin goes to the company overhead may help you decide on what company to use when you need field support.
We set the standards for independant technicians in quality of service and price.
