Desktop PC, Laptop Repairs: $50.00 to $65.00 flat rate. 
Flat Rate Services are Per Issue see service menu categories to the left for additional services.

Field technicians scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 9AM and 5PM.

Online Remote Service: Monday - Friday 8AM and 6PM

Service Area by Truck and / or Remote Access, Baton Rouge, Denham Springs and surrounding areas.

Field Service appointments are scheduled 3 times daily starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. (9am to 11am, 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm)

When you call have the following information ready for quicker service quotes.

1. Make, Model of Computer.
2. Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.

Most all service repairs are fixed at $50.00 unless otherwise quoted.

If you feel you can do the repair or service but need a helping hand you can ask for the Remote Desktop Technical support which will allow a technician to access your computer remotely. (if about to connect to the internet)

If you don’t have time or the problem is more than just a simple quick adjustment then it’s time to get a technician on-site.
