Something we can not ignore is SideWiki comments. Once Google Released the Social Networking Feature of their ToolBar called SideWiki you might have said "Cool" or "What the Heck?".
In my case it was "Cool" then it went to "Oh NO!!!". The API's offered by Google are not what I expected at all. Even as a registered Google Site Owner and within the Webmaster Tools they have verified my sites there is no way of tracking comments.
If their is no method of tracking comments on your site then their is no way to control spam on your site.
Working with SideWiki discussions will be focused more toward the Webmaster, API and Script Developer, Marketing Departments and Online Business owners.
If you relay on the internet for 100% of your business then it's your business to know what people are commenting about.
