Computer, Network, Server, IT Administration

When it's time to upgrade, repair or service your computers, networks or servers you have a phone book of people to call.

From the list of people you will need to call there are a few things you need to ask to make sure you are going to be able to work with them.

First, if you are a business they will need to provide online and onsite service. Missing one or the other makes them a problem to work with. We offer online remote and onsite service but not one without the other. This is why we do not offer remote service to anyone outside of our physical service area.

Next, be sure you know the prices. A good price to remove a virus without having to format and reinstall your operating system is $50.00.

About 75% of all our service calls use a flat rate or a capped service rate. It all depends on the system and the issue.

Last year we only had one person pay over $50.00 for virus removal due to the amount of data we needed to backup before formatting the system. Everyone else was one simple fee.

Nice thing about our service is we look to help you prevent same issue returns. If your computer didn't have a working anti-virus we will install one and offer you the web address to purchase the license or use a free version.

Component upgrades have always been what we enjoy the most. The best way to find out if your computer is worth upgrading or even keeping is to send us the make, model and operating system you are currently using. Service tags offer allot of information. Also if you are looking for memory check the crucial.com website to have your computer checked. The memory prices are very good and it is something you could do yourself. Or we can help.

Bottom line, make sure the service company you are calling is going to be honest and up front with you.

Also if you are looking to transfer into a "Cloud" network be sure to follow us on the Sea Blue Cloud Network.
