PayPal you have lost your ability to read in English haven't you.
You limit claims to 1,600 characters so you only get part of a story.
Merchants know that if they have you pay a second payment the order is now split and you can only claim on one or the other. It's impossible to explain to PayPal how a $650.00 order ended up to be without $138.00 worth of the products.
Let's see I'll try it this way.
You freak'n dumbasses.
Can't you see the line where I say "The seller never shipped me the accessories."
You then say to return the items on the "Granted" line.
Where is the Granted line?
Now, you only offer a "Respond" button at this point and the options are..
- Provide Tracking Number.
- Cancel Claim.
Oh hell no PayPal, your screwed up small claims dispute system isn't going to reward this retailer for not shipping products.
Ask DHL the size the of the box and how many boxes?
I'll tell you, it was One BOX with 3 phones that's all you could fit in it.
The other part of the order?
It's not here!!!!
How in the world do you expect me to return something that was never shipped.
I have told you 5 times in your own system I "NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS".
So I'm going to turn this into a positive.
How to screw over customers.
- Demand payment via PayPal.
- Ship an empty box with a good tracking number.
- Don't list anything on any WayBill or Invoice with PayPal.
- Laugh as the customer tries to explain to PayPal the items were not in the box.
I've never seen such a system.
I guess this will be my Lesson.
Never use PayPal for anything that requires shipping.
I'm going to make this into a big deal PayPal.
My DHL driver has made deliveries from this same merchant and has invoices because he's a contractor.
I'll get the copy of the paperwork, weight and size of the box and post it here.
That way you can see, 3 phones arrived all the accessories didn't.

I'll just use the Social Media of the Web to state my case and ask the merchant to do the right thing.
If not, then all I can say is SPEMall.Com you lied to me and you lied to PayPal.
I hope this message gets to out to every person looking to purchase from you. I have others in China that have shipped just fine. You for some reason don't need my business and I am happy to go.
Your address up top took 22 days to get from you. I would suggest you post it on your Affiliate Website you call SPEMall.Com and as for your YouTube, Facebook I'm sure the European's you have tricked and the Americans will publish their experiences.
For $138.xx and $65 claimed you have lost more than I have.
Now PayPal is requesting a return shipping tracking number from me.
The issue is about the Merchant Online Reseller SPEMall.Com NOT SHIPPING the product. Instead of understanding this team at PayPal and the Seller have turned it around as if the items they shipped were not correct.
PayPal has only offered a form feild to send the tracking number or to cancel the claim.
This is incredible. I have never seen such a bad system since my old bank questioned me about buying auto parts in South America while working in Utah. Anyway, fraud lives because the process controllers don't read or listen.

My Dispute is about NOT RECEIVING products.
This merchant (retailer) DID NOT ship my complete order.
They promised for weeks to ship the missing items and never did.
I have nothing to return for REFUND because they never shipped the complete order.
Please review again and clear this up.
It's feels next to impossible to file a claim when communications is so wrong.
I will not drop this dispute, I need my money refund and this merchant put on notice for not shipping products as promised.
